Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy  (GETT Products)

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Warranty/Returns

GETT-Cycle offers the following Returns Policy/Warranty

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

1.     Before returning any item, you must contact our Technical Support Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please have your Item Number and Invoice Number available. 2.     All returns must have an RMA number issued prior to acceptance of returned product returned. You will be expected to complete an RMA form only after you have received an authorization number from our Technical Support Department. Technical Support Rep. will send you the RMA form either through fax or email. RMA forms should be completed in the entirety to insure prompt service.

3.     RMA shipments received MUST have an RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package and include a packing list with a copy of the original invoice or it may be refused, unopened and returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4.     The RMA Returns must be returned to GETT-Cycle within ten (10) days after the RMA number has been issued. Returns made after this period will be subject to a fifteen percent (20%) restocking fee.

5.     All Returns MUST BE PACKAGED IN IT”S ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING MATERIAL THAT IT WAS RECEIVED IN. Should the product be returned to GETT-Cycle and is received without it’s original box and packaging, your warranty will be voided.

6.     The RMA Return must be a GETT-Cycle product, the same product specified on the RMA form. Otherwise the RMA will be void and product will be returned.

7.     The item returned must be packed in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. Returns that do not include all the accessories may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis. No exchanges will be authorized for any packages returned without an RMA number from GETT-Cycle. The customer assumes responsibility for product until received, shipping via an insurable carrier is recommended. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer or shipment will be refused.

8.     GETT-Cycle will provide a 6 month factory warranty replacements for all units found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. All returns will be processed after they arrive in our warehouse and will be fully inspected before an exchange is issued. The customer will be notified of the finish status of the product before it is returned.

9.     Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.

10.  If, upon customer receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with, the customer must immediately notify GETT-Cycle within five (5) days. GETT-Cycle will then file a freight damage claim with the carrier involved.

11.  Under normal operation, RMA Returns will be repaired/replaced with new parts within 10 days after receipt to GETT-Cycle then returned to customer.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
